How do I cancel an order on giftoftouch.in?

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order. Simply email us at giftoftouch.official@gmail.com with your order number mentioned in the subject line.

Cancelling the order after it is dispatched is not allowed.

In case the package has not arrived to you in 2-3 extra days after the given delivery date, then you can simply inform us of the same via email.

Note: Personalized product orders cannot be cancelled / refunded once the order is processed.

For return or replacement:-

  • Opening video is  mandatory and should be from starting till the end and 360 degree for any kind of complaints.
  • No refunds on the basis of choice.
  • No warranty on any electronic products.
  • We try for 100% door delivery but in case courier don't reach your location. Pickup will have to be arranged by yourself.

 

Return Policy:

We offer easy and hassle-free exchange or returns for NON-Personalized products. The same needs to be conveyed to our team on the day of receiving the package. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you open the packet, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

Return is not applicable for bulk or corporate orders.

Certain products (socks, hoodie, eye masks etc.) where personal hygiene is a part of the product use case are not applicable for return. For such products, this note is mentioned directly on the product page.

Our team takes the utmost care with respect to the quality of each product and tries to ensure that the item reaches you safely. However, we understand that sometimes fragile items are damaged during transit. In such cases, reach out to us within 2 working days from the date of delivery.

Refund Policy:

In case of online paid orders, the refund will be made within 5-7 working days back to the same payment source used to pay for the order.
